Since the previous owner didn't live there fulltime and it was under construction, he took precautions. Plus we have two vicious dogs. That helps for sure. ;) We don't have AC now, but we are going to have air conditioning installed in a few rooms (offices, master bedroom, gym, etc). Good point about the humidity and our computer equipment. We should get dehumidifiers :). Van – Our house is pretty secure. After seeing this video and several others I have noticed that all the windows are louvered and are open. This leads me to my questions. 1. What are your plans for household security? 2. Do you have air conditioning? 3. What are you going to do about humidity in the computer areas like vicious headquaters?
