What browser do you use?
Summer talked me out of being a PC guy and into a mac guy about 7 months ago. If you are a Mac user, you might find some of these Macintosh vs. PC commercials pretty funny. So anywho, I haven’t looked at this site with anything besides Safari and Firefox until Summer told me the navigation to the right is all messed up for Internet Explorer users!
It should look like this:

If what you are looking at doesn’t look like this, you are missing out….and you are most likely using a horrible Microsoft product. If you are on a PC you will not be able to download Safari, because that is specifically for Macs, but you can download a browser called FireFox. It has a built in virus protector and cuts out about 85% of the STD’s (Surfing Transmitted Diseases) you can get from surfing around on the web. You can DOWNLOAD FIREFOX BY CLICKING ON THIS LINK! It’s free and it is very easy to install.
What I want to know is this:
What browser are you using to view this site?

Not true. Safari was just released for Windows in the past month or so. http://www.apple.com/safari/download/

Browser is IE7 running on Win XP Pro & your site looks exactly as per your screenshot (except for the top banner – did you revert to the old one?).
I also have firefox installed and use that for the sites that IE doesn’t like!

I’m rollin’ Safari in Mac-ton (kinda like Crenshaw in Compton…) today
, and everything look bueno. Stupid PC/IBM/Bill Gates/Internet Explorer. Everyone raves about Firefox, but I prefer Safari, even after I tried to love Firefox.
Bulbboy – I didn’t you’re a Mac guy! No wonder you’re so awesome!!!!

Chris:
No way…you are right, Safari is available for PC. Go figure. Leave it up to Gates to abandon IE for Mac (in 1999 or something) and leave it up to mac to pick up the ball running!

Wow.. so much PC hate. Mac people never shutup about it do they? Hate to tell you this.. the majority of the world uses PC’s/Windows… you’re the oddball out.
It also looks just fine on IE… unless you’re maybe using some old outdated version?

James:
You are right, there is some PC HATING going on here. Maybe we are being a bit extreme, but I had 30 PC’s running that I needed to have a full time employee work on daily, to keep them working with the network, windows updates and daily maintenance. It was enough to make me pull my hair out (but it was too short).
I know we are the oddball out…but I’ll leave you with this. Drug addicts don’t really see how bad they are until they clean up. Then, they look back and see how dysfunctional they really were while “using.” Buy a Mac James…come to the dark side.
Thanks for the feedback…we must be using outdated versions of IE on our PC. As Conner so eloquently put it, we are shitbirds.

Haha.. well I have used mac’s in the past and was not impressed. I have heard however that with the new macs you can load up windows xp and run it just like a PC… now that’s a mac I can enjoy!
Anyway.. back to the point of your post. I’m using XP with IE7 and everything works and looks fine on both my home and work computers.. so hopefully you guys don’t have to worry too much about it.
PS: I’m a daily reader of your blog. Not b/c the construction interests me but b/c you guys are living my dream! I hope to be moving from the US to Thailand early next year

I am an old PC lover that Converted over to MAC about 5 years ago and haven’t looked back since. I use both Safari and Firefox.
Have you tried Google Analytics?
http://www.google.com/analytics/#utm_medium=et&utm_source=us-en-et-bizsol-0&utm_campaign=en
You paste in some code into your site and it tracks where your referrals are coming from and what browser they are using and what country etc….
Very Fun.
