Stefan and I had SO much fun in San Juan for Halloween! We stayed at the El San Juan Hotel, got dressed up as vampires, gambled until 4am, went to the club at 4:01am and had the entire dance floor to ourselves (minus the two people having sex in the corner, yes, seriously), hung out at the pool the next day, went shopping at the awesomest Marshalls Mega Store that I have ever seen, picked up a TV at Costco and hightailed it home to Rincon.
Here are some pictures of our vampire costumes:

Stefan really got in to character and killed Monkey. Lo siento, Monkers…

That’s such a great expression Monkey has, so unimpressed with the human Halloween tradition look.
Do dogs have canines?
Digging the bling fangs.
Hey Guys!
Oh pretty please–could you share the address of the Marshalls Mega store?
thanks,
Miri
The Marshalls Mega Store we went to was in Carolina. You pass the San Juan airport, toward Carolina (sorry, I forgot what hwy…The 26 maybe?), right after you pass over the 3, you will see the Marshalls and Toys R Us on your right hand side (exit on the 1st exit after you pass over the 3). It really is the best Marshalls ever, especially for home goods. We are actually planning to make another trip to Carolina (2 hour drive), just to go back to the Marshalls…haha. We couldn’t fit everything we wanted in the truck in one trip.
So VERY scary yet overwhelmingly cute you guys are together!
Guys, there’s a Marshalls Megastore in Bayamon as well (in the Rio Hondo mall) that is good for getting higher end stuff. The local clientele is.. err… not of the higher end persuasion, so I can usually find good stuff there. I bought a Tumi rollaboard there about 2 months ago for $229
More than 50% off retail. I heart Marshalls!
Robert, is Rio Hondo mall anywhere near Plaza Del Sol in Bayamon (desperately need to go to the ‘Bed Bath and Beyond’ there in the very near future)?
Miri
Miri,
They’re not too far apart, less than 2 miles. Both of them are located off the 167, with Rio Hondo to the north of the ‘De Diego Expressway’ and Plaza del Sol to the south of it.
