Conversely (and this is just coincidental), I'm also fairly good friends or at least connected to about 6 San Juan area dealerships. One last thing, if you can get a good deal in the mainland (specifically Jacksonville, FL), several people I know have bought cars there and shipped them here. It has to be an insanely good deal though since the excise taxes once it gets here are completely fucked (I paid $6800 in taxes to bring my 4Runner here!), plus $800 to put it on a boat from Jacksonville to San Juan.
