I would have said Shipwreck had the best food in Rincon, but someone added the (sushi night)and that makes my vote go to the Rum Shack.
Justin - I love the sushi at The Rum Shack, too. Definately one of my favorites during the season. Unfortunately they don’t have sushi in the off season because their sushi chef goes back to the mainland to work.

Have you ever heard of a place called “El Platano Loco”. I went to it over 10 years ago and I remember it being way up in the mountains in Aguada, but I’m not totally sure. It had all kinds of menu creations with plantains of course. This was a very humble family place if it is still open. I know this topic is only about Rincon restaurants, but I was just curious and thought to ask.
