Living Room To-Do List

Right now, I should be at the hardware store buying the necessary components to repair our broken water main. But I figured, we don’t really need water today so I am in my office taking care of some business (just kidding about the water thing).
I wanted to finish listening to a song and started looking at our house pictures. Here is one that I marked up as a visual ‘to-do’ list.

How about… Put painting on wall or something to fill in all the white space.. I like the couch and t.v. setup that way.

I couldn’t find any painting at the Wal-Mart in Mayaguez. Perhaps home depot will have something good.
Really though, the problem is that our walls are so large, we need to find artwork that is BIG, and if you are going to put something BIG on your wall, it better be cool and project your style.
We have some of Jamies Surf Art in the master, and a piece I picked up in Peru in the quest bedroom, but that is really it for now.

Maybe Jamie can do a mural on his next visit? Or I could have Van hook it up in Jan.

Let me recommend my favorite Rincon art gallery: Secret Garden. They have good stuff in various price ranges. Or… how about Katrina’s (Kruse) underwater photography?
Living room looks good… but could look even better.
