I have to give credit to surfers they live in places that i woudnt live like Costa Rica, Nicaragua,Mexico,Indonesia,Peru in order to find good waves.Never in my mind expect a lot of expatriates making Rincon their home.Living in PR in the 70s and 80s most expatriates as a.k.a GRINGOS most of them or all of then from Ramey Roosvelt Roads ,factories general managers when time is up or contract over all of them leave and never return surfers are the exception but who never know if beach become flat and no more waves in Rincon if surfers will do the same
