Regarding Fondo report, this is a workmen insurance provided by the PR government that each employers must have. In the beginning the employer should visit or call the nearest office of the State Insurance Fund Corporation (Corporación del Fondo, in Spanish), fill an application in which among other related business information you should estimate the salaries of your employees up to June 30, 2009. They will give you based on your business risk the premium to pay. Once the policy is established they can provide you with any documents your insurance may need. Regarding the quarterly payment reports usually they mean the following quarterly payroll taxes:
· Social Security and Medicare, Employers Quarterly Federal Tax Return (941PR Form) – For more in formation, you can access www.irs.gov
· Quarterly Report for State Unemployment and Disability Insurance – You can access www.dtrh.gobierno.pr
· Employers Quarterly Return of Income Tax Withheld (499R-1B Form) You can access www.hacienda.gobierno.pr

i am on google trying to find out what percentage of earned income to withhold from my employees and we came up above local government sites. Aaaack!
