Sydney, Mom and Dad

Author: Stefan | Filed under: Sydney James Rest

Summer and I love the lifestyle we have created for ourselves. There are positives and negatives to everything but we focus on the positives, even if we like to talk about the negatives. Funny thing, but that is just how I work. Summer says it’s because I’m from Jersey.

Anywho, this is a Rincon blog about DIY projects, adventures in PR, dealing with contractors, engineers, locating materials, running a business here BUT all of our family and most of our friends are thousands of miles away, so Summer and I are going to post a BOAT LOAD OF PICTURES of our beautiful daughter Sydney. Robin (Summers mom aka YoMama) lent us her very nice camera to ensure we get great baby shots. I just started experimenting with Picasso Web Albums and am going to start posting pictures from there so I can upload bigger pictures. Let’s see how this works out.

Ok, I can’t figure out how to slow down the slideshow, but you can hit pause and manually play it if you want to have a closer look or you can even go to the Picasa page and view them in full resolution!

I love it. I like how the Picasa slide show turns out. That that slideshow looks great. The only thing I don’t like is that Picasa (Google) only gives away 1GB of free space, from there on out they charge an annual fee. We’ll so how far we can get with it.

I am glad to hear that you are enjoying your move to PR. We have been here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed the move… I would like to extend to each of you the other wonder of the island: “a thriving community of Christians who are in awe of the presence of God here.” I came with the family from Baltimore, Maryland (I am originally from St. Lucia; grew up on St. John, USVI,[wife, Cynthia from ski country, Vermont]).

With the family, I have come to PR as a missionary/church planting pastor and oversee Iglesia Greater Grace de PR. We would love to have you visit us; I can be reached by telephone: 787-560-5414 or jpmatt93@gmail.com. Our website is http://www.ggwo.org. Hi Summer! Hi Stefan!

Wow…what a beautiful daughter & home you have now! Congratulations!! It’s been a while since I checked out your blog, I used to be very inspired by you guy’s when I was back living in the U.K.. reading about your life’s & the move to Puerto Rico. I was especially inspired by you Summer by your attitude and business sense! Well I said that I’d not had chance to read your blog in a while…and that’s because since then.. I moved to Playa Del Carmen in Mexico, got married & have started my own business selling Huichol Art & Jewelry (I’m still working on the website but I’m getting there..slowly!) So Thank you to you guy’s! I guess you just never know how many people you can inspire without even knowing it… so keep up the good work and I wish you all the happiness & continued success within your live’s.

I love the new site by the way!
& baby Sydney is just adorable!!
